Exclusions

• ✖ Malaysia Visa- No charges (Minimum USD 500 cash in hand required on Arrival at Kuala Lumpur)
• ✖ All travellers must fill up the MDAC form (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) before Arrival
• ✖ Malaysia Tourism Tax RM 10 (per room per night) to be paid by the guest directly at the time of Check in at Hotel
• ✖ Any Services not mentioned in the Inclusions
• ✖ Mandatory Overseas Travel Insurance is required (with Minimum coverage of USD 20000)
• ✖ Any expenses of personal nature such as- tip to drivers / guides / representative, laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by us
• ✖ Surcharges (if Any)
• ✖ TCS* 5% will be applicable on the total package cost.
• ✖ Tax Collected at Source is the tax payable by a seller which he collects from the buyer at the time of sale.
• ✖ *With a view to widen the tax-net, the Indian Govt. (vide the Finance Act, 2020) has extended the scope of Tax Collected at Source (“TCS”) provided under Section 206C of the Income-tax Act, 1961
