Users must provide accurate and complete information while making any reservation. You must be 18 years or older to book travel services on our platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review all airline and service provider policies before confirming a booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

All fares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Final prices are confirmed at the time of payment. Flight Crust is not responsible for fare increases or changes imposed by suppliers. Full payment is required to confirm any booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and other online payment options displayed on our platform.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline and package type. Please check specific terms at the time of booking. Flight Crust charges a service fee which is non-refundable in all circumstances. Refund processing time may take 7–21 business days depending on the supplier’s response.

5. Amendments & Rebooking

All amendments are subject to airline or supplier availability and terms. Change or rebooking fees may apply. Fare differences, if any, will be borne by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flight Crust acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers. We are not liable for any losses, delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party vendors. Any disputes must be addressed directly with the concerned service provider, wherever applicable.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, designs, images, and written material is the property of Flight Crust and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
